What we keep

• Your account: your email address and your password. We store the password in a scrambled form that cannot be read back.
• Your purchases: what you bought, the price, and any refund request you send us.
• Software you save: the listings you mark as saved.
• Your seller profile, if you sell: the name, bio, website, location, images and build tools you choose to show. These are public.
• Your IP address when you sign up, enter a wrong password, or ask to reset your password, so we can slow down people trying to guess passwords. A password reset request also records the email address it was for.

Card payments

Stripe takes your card details at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Sellers give their bank details to Stripe, not to us.

Who sees what

Sellers do not get your email address when you buy. We share information with Stripe to take payments and pay sellers, and with our email provider to send you account and purchase emails. We do not sell your information.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can change your seller profile at any time. To close your account or get a copy of what we keep, email market@exitsaas.com.
